From June 3–6, 2025, our small DFEC (Diyue Engine Parts) team showcased Cummins engine parts for mining applications at the UGOL ROSSII & MINING exhibition in Novokuznetsk, Russia. Hosted at the Kuzbass Fair Exhibition Center, the event spanned about 85,000 m² and featured 841 exhibitors alongside over 62,488 industry professionals .
We displayed core parts for mining engines—models like QSM11, 6CTA, and NT855—with a focus on cold-resistant seals and antifreeze liners specifically designed for frigid mining operations.
Though our booth was modest and staffed by just 1–2 people, we hosted 20–30 mining engineers and maintenance managers daily. Many brought their parts lists, photos, or faulty components directly to get on-the-spot support.
We engaged in technical discussions and delivery-time negotiations with over 20 mining or service companies from regions including Kuzbass, Yakutia, and Kazakhstan. Two to three of them committed to trial orders.
Several visitors asked directly, “Can these parts withstand extreme cold? Can you ship within 48 hours?” We provided clear, practical answers on stock availability and delivery timelines.
A technical lead from a Kuzbass mine said, “You don’t talk like big brands—you’re more down-to-earth and actually help solve our site issues.”
A maintenance manager from a small mine commented, “Your model—a small-run, fast-delivery, technically supported supply—is more reliable than the big brands.”
Even as a small distributor, we achieved tangible success: technical problem-solving in real time, direct customer engagement, and firm trial order intentions. This proves that being responsive, grounded, and support-driven can earn genuine customer trust—even in the rugged mining industry.
